The aim of The American Prospect Magazine is to contribute to a renewal of America's democratic traditions by presenting a practical and convincing vision of liberal philosophy, politics, and public life.
Articles are written for the general reader with the idea of creating a forum for public ideas that will inform and educate. Articles address all areas that government affects, including business, education, the environment, the media, international relations, and personal lifestyles. American Prospect publishes 6 issues a year, but reserves the right to change the number of issues in an annual term, including discontinuing any format and substituting and/or modifying the manner in which the subscription is distributed.
